Copyright and trademark complaints (DMCA)
Last updated October 21, 2026.
NK Creator's catalog is original work, and members' public creations are made from it with their own words. If you believe a creation or design on NK Creator infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:
DMCA Agent, NK Creator[email protected]
Your notice must include
(17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the URL of each creation or design on NK Creator you're complaining about;
- your name, address, phone and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We remove or hide the material promptly and tell the member who posted it. The member may send a counter-notice (name, address, phone, the removed URLs, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, consent to federal court jurisdiction in their district or ours, and a signature). We forward it to you; unless you tell us within 10 business days that you've filed a court action, we restore the material 10-14 business days after the counter-notice.
Repeat infringers lose their accounts
Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice makes you liable for damages (§512(f)).
Trademarks and characters
Our assistant refuses brands, logos, team names and characters, but if a public creation uses your trademark, email [email protected] with the mark, registration number if any, the URL and why it's confusing; we review within 5 business days.
