NK Creator Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this is

NK Creator (https://nkcreator.com) is run by NK Creator ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the site, the designs, the AI design assistant and the print files. By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, File License, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which are part of these terms.

2. Who can use NK Creator

You must be at least 13 to have an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and must be the one who buys. You must give us a working email address and keep your account to yourself.

3. What NK Creator does

You pick a design, type your own words, choose colors, see the result in 3D, can ask the AI design assistant to change it, and download files to print on your own 3D printer. We do not print or ship anything. Printed results depend on your printer, filament and settings; we design for common home printers and run automatic printability checks, but we can't guarantee a given file prints well on every machine.

4. Your words, photos and creations

You own the text you type and the photos you upload. You give us permission to use them only to make, show and deliver your creations, to run and improve the service, and, if you choose "public", to show the creation in the gallery and let other members remix the design (remixing reuses the design, not your words). You can set any creation to private or delete it at any time. You are responsible for what you type: don't enter other people's private information, and don't enter anything you don't have the right to use.

5. Our designs and your license

The designs, the design files the assistant produces, the site, and the software behind them belong to NK Creator or our licensors. When you download, you get the rights in the File License: you may print as many copies as you like, for yourself, as gifts, or as physical items you sell, but you may not share, sell or redistribute the files themselves. Nothing here transfers ownership of a design to you.

6. Buying

Prices are shown in US dollars before tax; tax is calculated at checkout. Per-download: $3.99 buys the files for one creation (all file types we offer for it). Monthly subscription: $12.99 per month for up to 300 downloads a month. The subscription renews automatically every month and your card is charged $12.99 each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Account → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We'll email you a reminder once a year and at least 30 days before any price change. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your card number. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. The AI design assistant

The assistant is an AI system, not a person. It can make mistakes, misread a request, or produce a design that doesn't print as expected; check the preview and the printability notes before you download. It won't make weapons or weapon parts, branded or character designs, hateful content, or anything on our Acceptable Use Policy, and we may limit how much you can use it.

8. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. In short: no weapons, no other people's trademarks or characters, no harassment, no publishing other people's personal information, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content, hide creations, limit features, or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Printing safety

You print at your own risk. Our designs are decorative and functional household items, not toys for young children; small parts and hanging cords can be choking or strangulation hazards, so keep ornaments, tags and small items away from children under three and never hang anything over a crib. PLA and most hobby filaments are not food-safe, not dishwasher-safe, and soften in a hot car. Follow your printer's and filament's safety instructions.

10. Copyright complaints

We respond to copyright and trademark complaints as described on our DMCA / Takedown page, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account page; we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, don't pay, or create risk for us or other members, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections 5, 9, 12, 13 and 14 survive.

12. No warranty

NK Creator is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every design will print successfully on your printer. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, NK Creator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to your printer or materials, and our total liability for anything connected to NK Creator is limited to the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow some of these limits, so some may not apply to you.

14. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of what you entered, uploaded, published or printed, or because you broke these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

15. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where NK Creator is based. If you have a problem, email [email protected] first; most issues are fixed within a few days. Either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court. Otherwise, claims go to the state or federal courts in the county where NK Creator is based, and you agree to that venue.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Using NK Creator after that date means you accept the new terms; if you don't, delete your account.

17. Everything else

These terms, with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stands. You can't transfer your account; we may transfer this agreement if the business is sold. Questions: [email protected], NK Creator.
