Sharing your creations

Creations are private unless you choose otherwise. Public creations appear in the gallery, where anyone can see the 3D render (including the words on it, if you chose to show them) and other members can remix the design with their own words. Unlisted creations don't appear in the gallery but anyone with the link can see them.

Before you make something public

• Your words may be visible. By default the gallery shows the design's sample text; you can choose to show your own words. Names and dates on an ornament are usually fine; a child's full name with a birth date, a phone number or an address is not. Designs with address, phone or email fields can't be made public at all, and baby, memorial and pet memorial designs always show sample text to others.
• Share what's yours. Your family's names, your pet, your message. Not other people's personal information, and nothing you don't have the right to use.
• Keep it kind. No slurs, threats, sexual content or hate, even as a joke.
• Remixing is a compliment. Members can take the design of a public creation and personalize it with their own words. Your words are never copied into a remix.
• You can change your mind. Set a creation back to private or delete it any time; it leaves the gallery immediately (remixes already made keep the design, not your words).

A new member's first public creations are looked at by a person before they appear in the gallery. See something wrong? Press Report on the creation. We review reports within 2 business days, and hide anything that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy below.

Acceptable Use Policy

NK Creator is for making personalized things for people you care about. Don't use it to:

• Make weapons. No guns or gun parts, magazines, suppressors, receivers, conversion devices or realistic replicas; no knives, knuckles, batons, lock-picks or anything designed to hurt someone or break in.
• Use what isn't yours. No brands, logos, team names, celebrity names or likenesses, or characters from films, games, books or cartoons; no text or images you don't have the right to use.
• Harass or hate. No threats, slurs, or content that demeans people for who they are; no sexual content.
• Expose people. Don't put anyone else's address, phone number, email, workplace, schedule or other private details into a public or unlisted creation. Your own address on your own plaque is fine, and those designs stay private automatically.
• Deceive. No impersonating a person or business, no fake memorials, no misleading claims about what the assistant makes.
• Break the service. No scraping the catalog or gallery, bulk downloading, sharing accounts, automated use, probing or overloading the site, bypassing limits or payments, or trying to make the assistant do anything outside design work.
• Make medical devices or anything whose failure could injure someone.

We may hide creations, limit the assistant, or close accounts that break these rules, and we report illegal content when the law requires. Report problems with the Report button or at [email protected]. Copyright and trademark complaints go through the DMCA page.
